Problem Note 56380: Hierarchical grouped prompts might fail in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio

In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the following exception might occur when you use hierarchical grouped prompts (which are defined in a SAS® Stored Process) in a Process node:

The problem happens when you use hierarchical grouped prompts similar to the ones shown in the following display:

As a workaround for this problem, enter only two values at a time and click OK. For example, enter the first two values and click OK, enter the next two values and click OK, and so on.
